Press Badges
Tekkoshocon offers complementary press badges to media organizations that want to attend and document the convention. If your group wishes to be a part of the Tekkoshocon experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Representatives of newspapers or media outlets must send an email to publicity@tekkoshocon.com with the request to attend Tekkoshocon as press before March 1st, 2007. Press badge requests must contain the names of those requesting badges, the media source, expected days of attendance and a valid email address to receive the confirmation email. If your group will require special considerations, please list them as well. After press credentials are verified, a Tekkoshocon staff member will send a confirmation email containing the press kit and information on picking up press badges at the convention.
- Media organizations are allowed up to two complementary badges. Any exceptions to this limit must be approved by Eric Murray. Please be sure to provide an explanation for the additional badges in your initial badge request email.
- School related newspaper staff members are encouraged to attend Tekkoshocon as press. In addition to the request email, a verification letter from your newspaper advisor, on school stationery, must be sent to the following address:

All verification letters must be received no later than March 1st, 2007.
4. Information on photo and video restrictions for the Greentree Radisson will be provided with the press kit. Violations of these rules will result in removal of the complementary press badges.

If your group would like to receive the official Tekkoshocon VI press release or press kit, please contact Eric Murray (publicity@tekkoshocon.com). Media outlets are encouraged to use all or part of these tools in their articles. Tekkoshocon staff members are available for interview upon request.
